You can rest assured that when you contact us, you will receive a referral to a trustworthy professional and best of all its FREE TO YOU! Our referred contractors are licensed, insured and have passed our required background checks.

 Once you contact us WE will:

1. Gather the necessary information to identify your needs and see how we can be of service
2. Select a contractor within our Network whose qualifications match your requirements and criteria
3. Put you and the contractor in touch with each other (Property owner is under no obligation to hire any of our referred contractors)
4. Help you choose a contractor and provide ongoing support and education
5. Assist in monitoring the project until it is completed
6. Once completed ask that you complete a brief customer satisfaction survey  to ensure continued excellence of our contractors

With PIN by your side, you will save time, money and much aggravation.
